Shipping & Return Policy

1. Shipping Architecture

At EMIXIR, we treat every order as a clinical protocol. All products are prepared, vacuum-sealed, and dispatched directly from our logistics center to guarantee the absolute integrity of the active ingredients.

  • Domestic (Romania): Delivery is carried out via premium express courier (Home Delivery or Locker systems). Estimated transit time is 24 – 48 business hours from dispatch confirmation.
  • International (Europe): We offer secure Pan-European shipping through global courier networks. Shipping costs and transit times are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your exact location.

2. Strict Return Conditions (Biological Safety Protection)

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without providing any reason.

HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING LEGAL EXCEPTION:
Due to the bio-active nature of our products (serums, elixirs, intra-cellular supplements) and for strict health, safety, and hygiene reasons, PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN UNSEALED BY THE CONSUMER ARE EXEMPT FROM THE RIGHT OF RETURN.

For a return to be authorized, the product must meet the following cumulative conditions:

  • It must be in its original, complete, and undamaged packaging.
  • The safety seal (including induction foil or cap tamper-evident sticker) must be 100% INTACT.
  • It must show absolutely no signs of use, testing, or contamination.

3. Return & Refund Procedure

If your products meet the criteria above and you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support department at contact@emixirlabs.com, providing your order number and your request for a return.
  2. You will receive detailed packaging instructions and the address of our laboratory for shipping.
  3. Return shipping costs are borne entirely by the customer.

Once the parcel arrives at our facility, it will undergo a strict quality inspection. If the seals are confirmed intact, we will process the refund for the value of the products (excluding original shipping fees) within 7-14 business days, using the original payment method.
